Wild Chinook Salmon Season Canceled Again

The water war in California is now between coastal communities along the North Coast who depend on salmon, and industrial farming of thirsty crops like cotton in the deserts of Southern California. Which “special interest” more deserves water? Cotton can be grown anywhere, but not salmon.
